The 4th of July is one of my favorite family traditions. We spend it up on Whidbey with the Ault/Farris family. The Sandy Hook community puts on a great community fire works show on the evening of the 3rd. Kyle and I both love this time of year, but it appears both of our kids are not fans of fire works AT ALL. Both are scared of the loud noises and really could go without the holiday all together. Hopefully that will change some day : ) The weather was pretty crummy, but we made the most of it.
Mollie and Ryan were in Kansas, so we had the Lentz kids for the weekend. We went kayaking, crabbing, boating and ran on the beach.
