Gamma Phi Trick-or-Treat

This has been a full week of Halloween. We started off by going to the annual Gamma Phi trick-or-treat at the house. It was a little crazy with all the kids, but fun to catch up with friends. We are getting a lot of use out of Andy's monkey costume. He isn't the biggest fan of the hat - probably because he can't really see out of it very well when it's over his face. I think since he can't really see us, he thinks we can't see him...he gets very quiet and serious in the monkey costume. Pretty funny!

Fall leaves and a little red wagon

Well, it appears fall is really here. Leaves, wind, rain...yep - it's here. Despite the crummy weather, we decided to take a trip to the park. Andy had fun in the leaves and sliding down the hill. Henry had fun chasing after Andy : )
Okay - why did you put me back in the wagon - I want to play with LEAVES!
Dad arrived - I guess that makes everything okay!
The boys...
Sliding down the hill
Kyle's idea, not mine. It didn't last very long although it's pretty cute that they are looking at each other. It's like they're coming up with a plan of escape.
Back home...

The many faces of Andy

I am shooting a wedding this weekend, and decided to take a few pictures of Andy with some of the lenses I will be using. Andy was very curious about the falling leaves and wind - so he had a lot of pensive and serious looks today.

Sneak Preview - our lil Monkey

I was having a hard time paying for a Halloween costume that only was going to be used a couple of times...but once we received the costume in the mail and I put it on Andy, I decided it's worth every penny. Holidays are so much more fun with kids!

Seattle Children's Museum

Betsy and I avoided the rain and went to the Seattle Children's Museum yesterday. We weren't the only ones with the idea as it was pretty busy. We had fun, despite a few meltdowns : )
The boys, Andy and Miller
Bets and Mags
Yep, it says Poo. There is an exhibit that talks about Poo. Maggie thought it was pretty cool - Betsy and I thought it was pretty gross.

William Roebke

Kyle and I met William Roebke this week - which was such a treat. It was fun to see Kristina and Fred - and meet their little guy. We are excited to have our boys grow up together!

Remlinger Farms

We made a trip to Remlinger Farms in Carnation. We let Andy crawl in the pumpkin patch to find his pumpkin...which of course was still green. It was such a beautiful day in Seattle and a great day to visit the pumpkin patch. Here are a few pictures of Andy at Remlinger Farms.
Getting exciting to head to the pumpkin patch...
